Establishment card application and issuance

We will submit an application for the company establishment card as the initial step of your UAE residency visa application. Within a few working days, you'll receive your establishment card.

E-visa application and issuance

We will apply for and obtain your e-visa.

UAE entry or in-country change of status

If you are not present in the UAE, you need to arrive in the country before your e-visa expires. Once you arrive in the UAE, your e-visa will be stamped at the airport, and this stamped copy of your e-visa needs to be shared with us. If you are present in the UAE, we will process a change of status for you. However, please note that depending on the specifics of your situation, you may be required to exit and re-enter the UAE, and this will be determined by the immigration authorities on a case-by-case basis.

Medical test

You will have our comprehensive assistance for completing the medical test procedure (blood test and chest x-ray) at an authorized medical centre.

Biometrics

As part of the biometrics procedure, your fingerprints, photo, and signature will be collected at a government facility, and we will assist you with this process.

Health insurance

A health insurance plan is mandatory for visa issuance in Dubai. We can arrange a basic health insurance cover for you.

Visa approval

As the last step before the issuance of your Emirates ID, your application will be reviewed by the immigration authorities. You can request for an urgent service and expedite the visa approval process. However, this is subject to the authorities at IFZA Dubai.

Emirates ID issuance

Once your Emirates ID is issued, we will inform you and you can collect it from our office.
